Used Car Locators for Audi,Volkswagen & Skoda

Developed Manheim's first ever mobile used car locator for Audi, VW and Skoda - used by millions of people to search for used car stock across the UK. This also included their flagship dealership Vehicle Stock Management System e-BusinessCentre.

HR System for staff bonus calculations

Implemented a greenfield HR system to calculate Bonus Payments for roughly 160,000 employees across the company, allowing Sainsbury's to replace multiple Oracle-based legacy systems and move towards managing employee bonus calculations all in a single new web-app.

What did we help them achieve?

  • Created the Bonus Calculation software on a distributed messaging aerchitecture
  • Implemented a clean, discoverable codebase for the in-house development team to easily maintain

Joining Wizards & Back-Office management portals

Line-of-business applications, including three greenfield projects - a public Joining Wizard for the Gym and Swim Academy; an internal Admin Portal to administer gym data such as Locations, Payments and Bookings; and finally, a Mobile App for members to manage their memberships, bookings, personal trainers etc.

Brand new Consumer Complaints Website

Working for one of Hitachi's prestigious retail clients (The Ombudsman Services) implemented their brand new consumer complaint website - www.ombudsman-services.org - a first-of-its-kind platform allowing anyone in the UK to resolve disputes with thousands of retail giants such as Tesco, John Lewis, Argos and Marks and Spencer.

Find-An-event feature for McMillan Cancer Support

Worked alongside the dev team on a project for the phased overhaul of the entire Macmillan Cancer Support website (www.macmillan.org.uk) - starting from a new implementation of their 'Fundraising' and 'Find-An-Event' section which is used by thousands of users every year to search for events in the UK

New portal for doctors job search

Created two greenfield applications: a public portal using Angular for doctors to search for their next job in the local area. Also built an internal Admin Portal for staff to manage timesheets, payroll and attendance.

  • Laid down the architecture of a new lean, modularised Angular application
  • Helped Pairoo achieve their first successfull launch of the product and disrupt the locum job search matrketplace

New features for Taxi Bookings Management

Implemented the re-write of a legacy application named 'Ghost' which allows taxi firms to manage Drivers, Vehicles, Tariffs, Routes etc all from a single system - hence allowing Autocab to move its customers (some of the UKs largest taxi firms such as Speedline & DG Cars) away from an on-premise installed offering, to a modern web portal

What did we help them achieve?

  • Implemented their first Email Marketing product allowing Taxi firms to communicate with their customers for Loyatly offerings

Legal Case Management systems

Worked on the core product named 'ShareDo' - a Case Management System for law firms, which allows clients to manage the full lifecycle of legal cases from inception to completion. This allowed them to enhance the core product offering for their entire customer base and win new contracts with clients such as Eversheds Sutherland & Virgin Media.

  • Deliver new features of their product, tailored to their property management clients

Debt-management & PPI claims Systems

Created a greenfield application (to replace legacy systems) to manage clients and their financial services such as IVA's & PPI Claims - allowing DRSP to move away from manual processes and more effectively manage approximately half a million pounds worth of client compensation each month from Creditors such as HSBC, Lloyds Bank and Barclays.

New Courier Managemnt System

Designed and implemented a calendar management system for their entire network of Carriers which included ParcelForce, Hermes and DPD. This allowed Sorted to offer all their Carriers the ability to specify bespoke delivery schedules, and then generate customer quotes accordingly - a first-of-its-kind offering to the Carrier network.
